Chindeni Bush Camp

Added to this, there is an amazing density of game, particularly along the riverine strip.
Kakuli
Location: South Luangwa National Park
Take in spectacular views of the Luangwa River from your perch high above on its bank. Kakuli, meaning old buffalo bull, was the nickname given by locals to Norman Carr, the pioneer of walking safaris.
Wake up to a chirping flock of Lilian’s lovebirds stopping by for a morning drink. Pause mid-brunch to welcome a giraffe feeding on nearby trees. Watch a herd of elephants lumber down to the river from the privacy of your outdoor shower.
Kapamba Bush Camp

A remote and romantic camp situated in a prime location on the Kapamba River, in the southern region of the South Luangwa National Park, and one of only two Bush camps to be open from April to January. Kapamba Bush Camp nestles on the banks of the shallow, spring fed Kapamba River in a peaceful, secluded area. This region of the park is renowned for its prolific game, and giraffe, hippos, buffalo, antelope, and crocodile are constant visitors to Mfuwe Lodge’s lagoon. Walking safaris can be arranged on request, but most outings are game drives. In November, the local elephants regularly wander right through the lobby, lured by a nearby wild mango tree.
