Lalibela Lentaba Safari Lodge

Lalibela Game Reserve is located in the Eastern Cape of South Africa, nearby Port Elizabeth and Addo Elephant National Park, which means it is malaria free and spans 5 ecosystems, resulting in a breath-taking diversity of flora and fauna. Lalibela is proud to be part of a cluster of photographic safari game reserves in the Eastern Cape. Together, they make up the Indalo Protected Environment, which is a legally protected conservation area.

An African safari is not complete without 3 primary components – exceptional game-viewing, bespoke accommodation and delicious, wholesome food. At Lalibela, we take special care to ensure that heartfelt service combines with these three “ingredients” to assure a memorable African safari experience.

Placed within a magnificent indigenous garden, Lentaba Safari Lodge sleeps 20 people in 10 secluded well-appointed thatch and stone chalets. Each en-suite room is well placed for maximum privacy presenting private decks with expansive views over the valley bushveld.

The main lodge is decorated and furnished in a traditional African safari style. A large lounge, viewing deck and swimming pool area provide suitable areas for guests to sit, unwind and reflect.

Lentaba Safari Lodge boasts 3 fireplaces which add to the great safari ambience that Lentaba is well known for. The outdoor dining boma has a commanding view of the waterhole which is spotlit after dark for night game viewing. Alternative dining is hosted in the indoor dining room. Brunch is served al fresco on the main viewing deck.
